Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and discuss vehicle issues with customers.
  • Verify credit terms and negotiate costs with the Credit Controller.
  • Log jobs into the system and keep customers updated on progress.
  • Work with the parts department to ensure timely order processing.
  • Stay informed about the various vehicle types serviced by the company.
  • Keep up to date with company trading terms and merchandising programs.
  • Follow health and safety procedures and inform customers as needed.
  • Identify and report hazards in the work environment.
  • Respond promptly to phone inquiries and provide effective communication.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times.
  • Lead Elite Support certification and training initiatives.
  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement events and track outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate repair order costing and manage all related paperwork.
  • Process customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.

About you:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge to address vehicle issues.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
