HVAC Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with HVAC expertise to take ownership of assigned projects, overseeing all phases from planning to execution. You will be responsible for managing large-scale HVAC installations, including budget control, resource coordination, and ensuring projects meet client and business expectations. You will be the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects, from planning and resource allocation to final installation and client handover.
• Manage customer relationships, acting as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues or risks.
• Collaborate with the Lead HVAC Technician to ensure high-quality installations.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
• Manage the procurement of HVAC-specific suppliers and contractors, ensuring all contracts are in place prior to project commencement.
• Focus on continuous improvement, implementing innovative processes to enhance the efficiency and outcomes of HVAC installations.
