About the role

In this role, you will support the Sales team and Directors with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation. You will also occasionally communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any follow-up needs, as well as coordinate with internal departments. This role has the potential to grow into a Sales Rep position.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assist in tracking and processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system
• Assist with onboarding new clients by providing them with relevant information and documentation
• Update and maintain the CRM system with client information and sales activities
