About the role
In this role, you'll be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients, managing incoming orders, and ensuring that every client receives top-notch service. Alongside maintaining these key accounts, you'll also focus on identifying and reaching out to new clients, using your sales skills to drive growth and secure new business opportunities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and nurture relationships with clients
- Bring on new clients
- Meet quarterly sales targets
- Take orders and enquiries from clients
- Liaise with the design team on customer logo
- Get approval from clients on bespoke product
About you
The ideal person for this role will be someone who enjoys building connections, thrives on achieving targets, and has a proactive approach to cold outreach. You will have a hungry sales approach and see the opportunity to make a sale in multiple different ways. Experience in Sales and strong communication skills (both written and verbal) is essential, as well as the ability to handle pressure. While a background in gifting or packaging is a plus, it's not a requirement-your passion for sales and relationship-building is what matters most.
