About the role

This role would be ideal for a highly motivated and passionate person to take a step up from their current position to learn and grow into the role.

You would be leading a small team in production area, manufacturing cookies, brownies and other baked goods. Duties may include -

• Training new team members.
• Overseeing day to day tasks.
• Operating machinery.
• Ensuring your team follows health and safety guidelines.
• Continuous process improvement.
• Daily meetings, reports and paperwork.
• Quality assurance.
