• Collections/Recovery support to Claims Manager

ROLE

• Our client is looking for a 'Credit Controller', someone part-time (20-37 hours/week to suit your level of experience, ie less hours if more senior)
• Assist mainly with Claims Debtor Chasing (third party, breach of claims, insurance handling) and some Claims processing (Refunds and Excess collection)
• Working for a Claims Manager who needs some support with the above, and they are looking for a candidate that can turbo charge their collections, make an impact and hit the ground running, making a maximum impact in minimum time!
• This will help fill the gap over the summer period (November to end of March) - with potential to apply for a permanent job also!

YOU

• You will need to have previous credit control/debt collection/recovery skills experience
• An insurance background isn't required but you will have worked lists of debtors, worked with or in collections, have 'local NZ' industry knowledge and relevant contacts (essential), disputes tribunal experience or the debt recovery and managing accounts [time payers] expereince
• An understanding of claims, ie understand the "liability or fault" conversation, but as you would be reviewing older claims / debt, a different conversation ie as payment is now required
• Use of MS Word, Excel & AutoIntegrity (Motor Vehicle Claims Management & Assessing software) - will be shown how to use

HOURS

• Minimum 20/week but will increase
• Can be up to 35-40 hours if preferred
