Job description
The Company
This company provide a full spectrum of IT hardware solutions for business and at-home customers. The Role
This is a full-time IT Helpdesk position working Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
You will take calls from business and residential customers all over New Zealand. Whether it's a query about a toner or a more serious fault you and the team are on hand to provide top level trouble-shooting advice. You'll be provided excellent training and all the tools required for the job.
The Ideal Person
The right person for this role and team will have:
- Strong customer service skills, previous call centre experience
- Someone who is not scared to pick up the phone - you'll be taught all about the technology
- An excellent phone manner and can do attitude
- An eagerness to learn and prove themselves in this large IT environment
- Good banter and enjoy a laugh
