This is a challenging role and would suit someone highly organised with strong computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipments by speaking with overseas clients and agents as well as NZ agents
• Use Cargowise to input shipment details such as commodity codes. Experience on Cargowise a big advantage.
• Keep tracking information current and up to date and be available to discuss information with clients.
• Communicate quickly and effectively with clients via email and over the phone throughout the process
• Invoice and ensure POD's are logged.

The skills and experience you'll need to bring with you include:

• Previous freight forwarding and international shipping experience
• Strong communicator with high attention to detail
• Willingness to Learn - great training provided
• Problem solving and proactive approach
• Ability to use Word and Excel on a daily basis
