Job description

We are seeking skilled PA and EA to support our clients with their current roles. We are looking for experienced executive assistants who can provide effective temporary administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the General Manager's office.
Some key duties may include-
- Executive support including calendar management, prioritising inquiries, troubleshooting etc
- Prepare/co-ordinate meetings, functions & catering
- Coordinate minutes at meetings and assist in tracking actions arising, liaising with stakeholders as required, attend meetings in GM's absence
- Book travel and accommodation
- Event management - venues, travel, catering, logistics etc
- Correspondence, collation of documents
What we are looking for-
- Have 4-5 years experience as a PA, EA or senior support position.
- An excellect communicator with excellect literacy and numeracy skills
- Must have a well structured approach geared to achieving results
- A natural ability to excel under pressure and multitask
- An empathetic nature and desire to support management staff
Note
These roles are Monday to Friday (40 hour week) and can be made permanent for the right candidate.
