The Role:
We are currently looking for talented and highly organised Executive Assistants/Personal Assistants to support executives, senior leaders, and professionals across various industries. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. We are looking for candidates who are interested in both temporary and permanent opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar and inbox management.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-ups.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

About you:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
