Are you a passionate leader with a commitment to equity in healthcare? We're seeking a Clinical Services Team Lead to oversee our clinical services in the beautiful Masterton region. This role is based in Masterton, full time parament. Overseeing the day-to-day running's of 10 direct reports.

About the Role:

In this permanent position, you will lead a dedicated team of 10 professionals in providing essential clinical services, including Immunisation, Refugee Health, Community Diabetes, and more. You will manage contracts, ensure service delivery excellence, and focus on achieving health equity for Māori and Pacific populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support to the Clinical Services team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and service planning.
• Build relationships with General Practice teams and community stakeholders.
• Support clinical programs to enhance community health outcomes.

Key Relationships:

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including general practice managers, community health providers, and clinical leaders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with a strong equity focus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and drive positive change.
