Role Overview:

As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical services we offer. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

  • Manage clinical audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Facilitate continuous professional development and training for clinical staff.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or relevant clinical qualification.
  • Advanced clinical degree or certification (e.g., MSN, NP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle complex situations with professionalism.
