Health and Safety Assistant/Administrator
A prominent organization in Dunedin is seeking a dynamic individual for a permanent, full-time position focused on promoting health and safety. The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including general administrative tasks, conducting audits, enhancing systems and procedures, and collaborating with teams to enforce best practices in health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Championing, implementing, and adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
- Writing comprehensive safety documentation, minimizing risks, and ensuring compliance.
- Managing administrative duties such as email correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining record
Skills Required
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively problem-solve.
Strong administrative skills, and proficiency in relevant software systems.
