Role overview
- Based at the Mount Wellington office, this is an exciting opportunity for you to join a small team and provide varied all-round support to the operations, finance, rental and sales team with all things administrative (first administrative role accepted as long as you have MS Word/Excel knowledge)
- Report to the National Operations Manager
- Training provided on systems and SAP
Tasks
- Operational administrative duties
- Help put together information for demo's eg collate/bind
- Contact suppliers eg if a new Banner is needed, or liaise with Signwriters needing files
- Look up data, project type work, help get product ready
- Some input and checking of customer orders, and other data entry
- Administration and general support to team
- Assist with distributor requests, customer queries and general customer support
- General tidy up/sorting out tasks
- You'll develop and establish a thorough understanding of company products, features and brand etc
- Health & Safety
You
- Will have MS Suite knowledge (ie Outlook, Word, Excel), training on SAP system
- An interest in medical products
- Will be an empathetic person as the product is for patients and residents in healthcare and medical settings
- A clear, concise and effective communicator, numeracy skills
- Able to 'go with the flow' not seeking a structure and keen to learn a lot! (Will be great on your CV once graduated - for Operations, Marketing & Purchasing in particular)
Hours
- Part time
- Minimum 16 hours/week
- Could increase to 24 if company busy/on semester break
- No essential days, but once decided upon, they must be set not chopped/changed (eg for all a Semester, then can change)

- $26/Hour (includes holiday pay) + kiwisaver
- 15th January start till mid-July 2025, may extend
