It doesn’t have to be when you have the right tools. In fact, it can be exciting and fulfilling. I assist candidates, employees and employers in the recruitment, retention and outplacement process, through psychometric assessments and career guidance and coaching programmes. It helps me delve deeper and really connect the right people with the right roles to achieve the right outcomes. I’m passionate about making a difference to the lives of others by empowering, inspiring, and supporting them. This is why I established the Career Services division at Kinetic Recruitment."
